 The Third Meeting of the SCS SAP Regional Scientific and Technical Committ
 ee (RSTC-3) will be held from 26-28 January 2026. This event marks the sec
 ond in-person gathering since the start of the SCS-SAP Project\, following
  the second RTSC meeting held in Bangkok\, Thailand\, in July 2024.\nThis 
 meeting serves a critical objective in the TDA-SAP process: to conduct a t
 horough review and discussion of the draft regional and national Transboun
 dary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) reports.\nThe importance of the RSTC-3 lies
  in the foundational role of these TDA reports. They provide the essential
  scientific and technical justification for the development of both nation
 al Strategic Action Programme (SAP) priorities and regional SAP priorities
 . The topics of discussion will center on these findings\, ensuring that t
 he resulting regional SAP effectively addresses transboundary action prior
