 The 2025 PEMSEA Network of Local Governments (PNLG) Forum is an annual loc
 al governance event focusing on the implementation of Integrated Coastal M
 anagement (ICM). This event took place from September 16-18\, 2025\, in Ja
 karta\, Indonesia\, and brought together heads of government and senior of
 ficials from PNLG member local governments across East Asia\, along with m
 arine experts. The theme for this year's forum is 'Towards a Sustainable a
 nd Inclusive Blue Economy: Linking Climate\, Nature and Energy'. This them
 e aligns with Jakarta's commitment to integrated coastal and marine manage
 ment and its broader vision for a sustainable future.\nThe PNLG is a major
  driving force in operationalizing the Sustainable Development Strategy fo
 r the Seas of East Asia (SDS-SEA) under the broad framework of PEMSEA (Par
 tnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia). The Foru
 m's primary goal is to improve coordination and communication and provide 
 opportunities to share best practices on integrated management approaches.
 \nAs part of the PNLG Forum\, a SCS SAP Roundtable Session was organized o
 n 17 September 2025 where the SCS SAP participating countries presented an
 d shared their achievements and experiences at site level. The PCU of SCS-
 SAP Project also presented the SCS SAP implementation achievements at regi
 onal and national level\, including the ongoing collaboration with PEMSEA.
