 The event is the Third Meeting of the Regional Working Group on Land-Based
  Pollution (RWG-LbP) \, held as part of the SCS SAP Project ('Implementing
  the Strategic Action Programme for the South China Sea and Gulf of Thaila
 nd'). The meeting will take place from November 26-28\, 2025\, in Batam\, 
 Indonesia.\nThe objectives include reviewing the overall status and progre
 ss of the SCS SAP Project implementation at regional and national levels. 
 Members from Cambodia\, China\, Indonesia\, Philippines\, Thailand\, and V
 iet Nam will present the status and achievements of land-based pollution a
 ctivities at the national level \, including the development and updating 
 of national Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) on pollution reports a
 nd data needs.\nA key focus will be discussing the planning and execution 
 for implementing land-based pollution activities\, including the mechanism
  and ways to move forward for implementing and tracking regional activitie
 s. The working group will also review the status and progress of the TDA/S
 AP process and the summary of the draft outline for national and regional 
 TDA on pollution reports. Other topics include reviewing documentation on 
 achievements in implementing the Strategic Action Programme (SAP) from 200
 8-2021 for land-based pollution and reviewing good practices on habitat an
 d land-based pollution management in participating countries. The meeting 
 will conclude with a review of key discussions\, agreements\, and next ste
 ps \, followed by a field visit on November 28 for participants to exchang
 e knowledge on land-based pollution management and best practices.\n{loadm
