South China Sea Knowledge Documents

The operation of the UNEP/GEF project entitled “Reversing Environmental Degradation Trends in the South China Sea and Gulf of Thailand” enabled the achievement of a number of project management and scientific innovations. These innovations have been recognised by project evaluators, the GEF Secretariat, and other organisations as being worthy of replication in other projects and programmes. The following South China Sea Knowledge Documents were prepared to share these innovations with other projects.

The SCS SAP Project assist countries in meeting the targets of the approved Strategic Action Programme (SAP) for the marine and coastal environment of the South China Sea and Gulf of Thailand through implementation of the National Action Plans in support of the SAP, and strengthening regional co-ordination for South China Sea and Gulf of Thailand SAP implementation
